1. Send us your order at least 4-5 days before collection date.(including weekends)
2. Payment MUST be made before collection.
3. Payment can be made through POSB/DBS transfer. If you want to meet us for payment, please do it 3 days before the collection date and contact us to make an appointment before meeting us.
4. For delivery, we only accept meet up. Only Special cases like 10KG Cakes and above will get free delivery if not we will charge $22 to deliver.
5. Every design of cakes/flower is unique therefore it will not look the same as the ones in the samples.
6. If you are making payment via POSB/DBS, please transfer the payment within 1 - 2days so that we can process your order asap.
7. If you make payment via POSB/DBS transfer please send us the transaction no. of your recipt through SMS, Phone Call or email.
8. IF YOU WANT TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER,PLEASE CALL US 3 DAYS BEFORE DATE OF COLLECTION OR WE WILL NOT ACCEPT IT.

• Transfer of money should be done within 24 hours as we only make your order after we recieve money and your transfer Ref number.

• If the collection date is shorter than 3 days, please call or sms us as we need to place your order asap.
